 Q: Are you trader or factory ?
A: yes , we have our own factory with 4 production line and more than 1100 worker staff. Moreover we have more than 30 cooperated factories can work for us. We have good experience for exporting shoes for more than 20 years.

Q: What is your MOQ?
A: Our MOQ is 10 Pairs could mix different style together.

Q: What is your lead time for samples and mass production?
A: Usually for samples, we need 1-2 weeks while for mass production which will take 30-60 days after confirmation. Delivery date depends on the quantities of your orders.

Q: What is your terms of payment?
A: We can accept Western Union , T/T , L/C, PayPal and Alibaba trade assurance payment . But Alibaba assurance payment priority , it will protect your money and delivery time.

Q: What is your packaging?
A: One pairs by box or by polybag. 6/8/12/16 pairs per carton. Or according to customer’s requests.

Q: Can I ask for one sample before placing orders?
A: Yes. and sample fee can be refundable, so it is free for you at last. 


Q: Can I put my brand or logos on shoes?
A: Yes. You can put your brand or logos on shoes.

Q: Can you make samples according to my designs?
A: Yes. All designs are welcome. But please send designs with clear information.

Q: How do you ship samples and orders?
A: Usually we ship samples by DHL, UPS, FEDEX, TNT or EMS. For orders, we suggest to be shipped by air or by sea.
